Holy...we have been working hard to repair damage that we were not
aware of. Pay pal unjustifiably closed our account! I was really surprised.
I went to use my account and it would not work. I emailed support as
my account stated that they wanted me to fax copies of my ID. The Next
Morning I contacted paypal by telephone. After aproxiamiatly 1 hour
of being bounced from one customer service rep to another someone finnally
told me that a spam complaint had been laid against me. Well we really
haven't been doing any emailing so I was quite surprised! What happened
next surprized me even more. They wouldn't tell me who, why ,when or
anything, just NO APPEAL! I guess this means if you are mad at someone
you simply tell paypal they spammed you and you will create HUGE complications
for them. We have spent considerable time trying to figure out what
happened? It is hard not knowing where to start! We were given no information
at all expept our account,which took 2 months to set up was cancelled.
I guess the insult to injury is that we have supported paypal from the
beginning. We have recommended countless merchants to them, never getting
paid because we are an international company. I thought that the services
that they offer were of huge benefit to our users, so we promoted them
anyway. Some Loyalty they have. We honestly have never have had any
problems like this in the 2 years that we have been online. After losing
a conciderable sum of cash that we spent on advertising, all lost because
paypal was the only payment solution for the incrediable opportunity
that we were advertizing. Can't collect money if your account is locked!
They have the Power to shut your business down immiately. Without justification,
basically at their wim. Don't trust your Internet Business to one Merchant
Account.
